本文研究了在pH 7.40条件下,羟基磷灰石(HAP)对1-羟乙基二膦酸盐(EHDP)的吸附以及pH值和钙离子对其吸附的影响,此外还研究了F~-对HAP吸附EHDP以及EHDP对HAP吸附F~-的相互影响。EHDP在低浓度时的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温方程式。当EHDP浓度大于0.4mmol/L,pH 7.40 EHDP的吸附量大干pH 5.30±0.20的。Ca~(2+)的存在使EHDP吸附量增加,但F~-使EHDP吸附量减少,1×10~(-6)mo1/L,1×10~(-5)mo1/L EHDP对10 ppm以上F~-的吸附量影响不大,而1×10~(-4)mol/L EHDP可使5 ppm以上F~-的吸附量减少。
In this paper, the effect of hydroxyapatite (HAP) on the adsorption of 1-hydroxyethyl diphosphonate (EHDP) and its effect on pH and calcium ion adsorption at pH 7.40 was studied.
