本研究以GeO2为锗剂,通过液体深层培养获得富锗灵芝菌丝体;采用持续透析法确定了菌体提取液中存在含锗的生物大分子一有机锗。同时应用电泳技术,酶谱分析及凝胶扫描等手段初步研究了灵芝菌丝体的富锗生理效应,认为富锗作用不仅是单纯的吸收、富集作用,还包括生物转化(或同化作用)过程。此外,本文还探讨了以Ge4O2为添加剂进行富锗栽培灵芝(子实体)的可行性问题。
In this study, GeO2-germanium agent was used to obtain Ge-enriched Ganoderma lucidum mycelium by liquid deep culture. The presence of germanium-containing biomacromolecule-organogermanium was determined by continuous dialysis. At the same time, electrophoresis, zymogram analysis and gel scanning were used to study the physiological effect of germanium-rich mycelium on the enrichment of germanium. It is concluded that the effect of germanium enrichment is not only simple absorption and enrichment, but also includes biotransformation (or assimilation) process. In addition, this article also discussed the feasibility of using Ge4O2 as additive to enrich the germanium (fruiting body) of germanium enrichment.
