患者36岁。住院号42991。人工流产术后7d,下腹痛2h伴晕厥,于2005-07-0422时入院。患者既往月经规律,婚后足月分娩1次,流产2次。末次月经2005-05-13,停经40d在外院行药物流产失败。2005-06-27超声提示宫内妊娠,故在我院门诊行人工流产术。术中探宫腔9cm,术后见绒毛组织,阴道流血
