下颌骨发育性骨缺损是发生在下颌骨舌侧的一种骨性凹陷畸形。自1942年Stafne首次报告以来,各国有不少的记载,但在我国仅有1例报告。此病在临床过程中可完全无症状,X线照片可见颌骨有囊肿样透光阴影,且与颌骨囊肿难以鉴别。其病变与牙齿及全身疾病无关。现将笔者所见1例报告如下。患者张××,男48岁,汉、教师。住院号198804。因左下颌角区胀痛月余,经用抗生素治疗并拔除7(龋坏),1周后局部肿胀消失,留有轻微疼痛,以往无类似病史。检查见左下颌骨外形正常,该区软组织无异常,7缺失,拔牙创愈合良好,(?)牙齿及龈,颊粘膜均属正常。随拍左下颌骨侧位片,见下颌角区角前切迹上方、下颌神经管与下颌骨下缘之间有约1.5×1.3cm单房圆形透光阴影,边界清楚整齐,周缘有约1 mm厚的致密白线,阴影的下方仅留
Mandibular developmental bone defect is a type of bony deformity that occurs in the lingual side of the mandible. Check to see the left mandible shape is normal, no abnormalities in the area of soft tissue, 7 missing, tooth extraction healed well, (?) The teeth and gingiva, buccal mucosa are normal. With the left lateral mandibular film, see the top of the mandibular angle before the notch, mandibular canal between the lower edge of the mandible with about 1.5 × 1.3cm single circular light transmission shadow, the border is clear and neat, about the periphery 1 mm thick dense white line, leaving only the bottom of the shadow
