研制出一种以水为分散介质的农药新剂型—30%阿维菌素.毒死蜱微乳剂。通过对溶剂、助溶剂、乳化剂以及助乳化剂的选择,确定了适合的制备工艺,并测定了不同水质对微乳剂的影响及热贮前后粒径变化。结果表明,该制剂在不同水质下均可配制出外观均相、透明的微乳剂,但硬度较大的水对微乳剂的冷贮稳定性有一定影响,且在热贮前后粒径增幅不明显。该优化配方为阿维菌素0.5%、毒死蜱29.5%、NMP17.5%、四氢呋喃10%、ZJ-EP701G+毒死蜱专用乳化剂20%、乙二醇3%、水补至100%。
A new pesticide formulation -30% avermectin with water as dispersing medium was developed. Through the selection of solvent, cosolvent, emulsifier and co-emulsifier, the suitable preparation technology was determined, and the influence of different water quality on the microemulsion and the change of particle size before and after storage were determined. The results show that the preparation can be prepared under different water quality appearance of homogeneous, transparent microemulsion, but the hardness of the water slightly affected the stability of cold storage stability of microemulsion, and before and after storage of grain size did not increase significantly . The optimized formula is abamectin 0.5%, chlorpyrifos 29.5%, NMP17.5%, tetrahydrofuran 10%, ZJ-EP701G + chlorpyrifos specific emulsifier 20%, ethylene glycol 3%, water make up to 100%.
