目的分析Ⅲ类错矫治前后头影测量变化,评价前牵引的治疗作用。方法治疗组为24名Ⅲ类错患者,对照组为24例未治疗的Ⅲ类错患者。治疗组通过面罩前牵引和上颌扩弓治疗前后头影测量值与对照组比较。结果治疗组与对照组头影测量有差异。结论面罩前牵引和上颌扩弓治疗替牙早期的Ⅲ类错有明显效果。
Objective To analyze the change of cephalometric changes before and after the treatment of type Ⅲ malocclusion and evaluate the therapeutic effect of pre-traction. Methods The treatment group was 24 patients with type III malocclusion and the control group was 24 patients with untreated malocclusion. The treatment group before and after traction through the mask and maxillary expansion before and after treatment cephalometric measurements compared with the control group. Results The treatment group and control group cephalometric differences. Conclusion The frontal mask traction and maxillary expansion have the obvious effect on the early stage Ⅲ malocclusion.
