随着招生规模的不断扩充,如何保证英语专业硕士研究生培养质量就成为了一个必须解决的问题。从过程管理的角度看,英语专业研究生培养质量保障还存在一些问题,需要从四个方面加以完善。即做好招生管理工作,保障生源质量;加强师资管理,保障导师指导质量;改革教学管理,保障学生学习质量;强化论文管理,保障学位论文质量。
With the continuous expansion of enrollment, how to ensure the quality of master English majors has become a problem that must be solved. From the perspective of process management, English majors have some problems in quality assurance and need to be improved from four aspects. That is to do a good job of enrollment management, to ensure the quality of students; to strengthen teacher management, to ensure the quality of mentoring; reform of teaching management, to protect the quality of student learning; to strengthen the management of papers to ensure the quality of dissertations.
