目的研究肿瘤高表达细胞周期相关蛋白(CREPT)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织及相应癌旁组织中的表达,探讨其在肺癌中的作用及临床意义。方法收集271例NSCLC组织,采用免疫组织化学方法检测NSCLC组织以及癌旁组织中CREPT的表达。结果 CREPT在NSCLC组织中表达阳性率为96.1%,明显高于在癌旁组织的表达率(30.4%);CREPT表达与年龄、肿瘤大小无关,CREPT在低分化肿瘤组织表达增强;CREPT在总NSCLC样本的不同临床分期间表达有显著性差异;在总NSCLC、有淋巴结转移的腺癌组织中,CREPT表达明显增强;鳞癌CREPT的表达与淋巴结转移无明显关联。结论CREPT在NSCLC不同病理分级间表达存在差异,有淋巴结转移的腺癌组织CREPT表达增强。
Objective To study the expression of CREPT in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues and corresponding paracancerous tissues, and to explore the role and significance of CREPT in lung cancer. Methods 271 NSCLC tissues were collected and the expression of CREPT in NSCLC tissues and adjacent tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression rate of CREPT in NSCLC tissues was 96.1%, which was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues (30.4%). CREPT expression was not associated with age and tumor size, and CREPT expression was enhanced in poorly differentiated tumors. There was a significant difference in the expression of CREPT between different clinical stages of NSCLC. The expression of CREPT in NSCLC with lymph node metastasis was significantly increased. The expression of CREPT in squamous cell carcinoma was not associated with lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The expression of CREPT in different pathological grades of NSCLC is different. The expression of CREPT in adenocarcinoma with lymph node metastasis is enhanced.
