通过建立的沉降模型 ,选择了满足设计要求的 Ti,Mo粉料。用共沉降工艺制备了 Ti/ Mo梯度沉积层 ,经过140 0℃× 2 0 MPa× 1h热压烧结 ,得到 Ti/ Mo系梯度材料。经测试分析表明 :所制备的 Ti/ Mo系梯度材料的组成分布基本与设计曲线相吻合
Through the establishment of the settlement model, Ti, Mo powder was selected to meet the design requirements. The Ti / Mo gradient sediment was prepared by coprecipitation, and the Ti / Mo gradient material was obtained by hot pressing at 140 0 ℃ × 20 MPa × 1h. The test results show that: the prepared Ti / Mo graded material composition distribution basically in line with the design curve
