分别对36例脑梗塞患者在急性期和恢复期的血清过氧化脂质(LPO)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)进行了测定,并与62例正常对照组比较,其结果显示:在急性期血清LPO明显升高,而SOD明显降低。随治疗及病情好转,于恢复期再次测定则发现,血清LPO与急性期比较含量下降,而SOD含量回升。结果说明,不同病期脑梗塞患者血清LPO及SOD含量变化呈负相关。另外,在急性期伴有意识障碍组与无意识障碍组比较,前者血清LPO明显高于后者,而SOD则无显著性差异。
The levels of serum lipid peroxide (LPO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured in 36 patients with cerebral infarction at acute and convalescent phase, respectively, and compared with 62 normal controls. The results showed that in acute Serum LPO was significantly higher, while SOD was significantly lower. With the treatment and the condition improved, again in the recovery phase determination found that the serum LPO decreased compared with the acute phase, while the SOD content increased. The results show that different stages of cerebral infarction in patients with serum LPO and SOD was negatively correlated. In addition, in the acute phase with disturbance of consciousness group and unconsciousness group, the former serum LPO was significantly higher than the latter, while SOD no significant difference.
