莲壳是通心白莲(子莲)生产的副产品,我县是通心白莲生产基地,栽培面积在3万亩左右,每年约有莲壳50万公斤,为了提高白莲生产的经济效益,广辟食用菌培养料的来源,我们于1985～86年进行了莲壳栽培凤尾菇试验,生物效率达100%左右。现简报如下:(一)材料与方法供试凤尾菇菌种由福建建阳提供。培养料为纯莲壳,不加任何辅料。栽培前一天用0.5%的石灰水浸泡,第2天捞起,用清水冲洗使pH 在8左右,沥水至含水量约65%。采用室内床架和室外阳畦栽培,层播法播种(三层料三层种),菌种用量为干料的10%(下两层各占25%,表面占50%)。播种后压实,覆薄膜常规管理。(二)试验结果1986年7个试验点在9月底～10月上旬播种,播种后第2天菌丝开始萌动,20天左右
