目的探讨小剂量慢性长期连续照射人群的抗氧化水平的改变。方法选择我国阳江天然放射性高本底辐射地区(HBRA)的53名50~59岁男性居民作为研究对象,另选择恩平市横坡镇(CA)出生并长大的年龄相仿的男性居民作为对照人群。分别抽取他们周围血5 ml,并测定血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力、非特异性过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的含量。结果在HBRA和CA人群血清中,CAT活力分别为(2.48±2.19)×103、(2.20±1.65)×103U/L,SOD活力分别为(65.93±38.50)×103、(50.23±26.19)×103U/L,GSH-Px活力分别为(28.81±6.36)×103、(23.17±4.33)×103U/L,T-AOC含量分别为(28.81±6.36)×103、(11.41±3.78)×103U/L。与CA组相比,HBRA组人群SOD活力、GSH-Px活力、T-AOC含量较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),CAT活力略高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论天然放射性高本底辐射(简称高本底辐射)能提高人群抗氧化能力。
Objective To investigate the changes of anti-oxidant levels in chronic low-dose chronic long-term exposure. Methods Fifty-five male residents aged 50-59 years from HBR in Yangjiang of China were selected as the study subjects, and the same age-matched male residents born and raised in Hengpo Township, Enping City were selected as the control group . Blood samples were collected from 5 ml of their peripheral blood respectively, and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), non-specific catalase (CAT) Ability (T-AOC) content. Results The CAT activities in serum of HBRA and CA population were (2.48 ± 2.19) × 103 and (2.20 ± 1.65) × 103 U / L respectively, and the activities of SOD were (65.93 ± 38.50) × 103 and (50.23 ± 26.19) × 103U / L and GSH-Px were 28.81 ± 6.36 × 103 and 23.17 ± 4.33 × 103U / L respectively, and the contents of T-AOC were (28.81 ± 6.36) × 103 and (11.41 ± 3.78) × 103U / L, respectively) . Compared with CA group, the activity of SOD, the activity of GSH-Px and the content of T-AOC in HBRA group were higher than those in CA group (P <0.05), CAT activity was slightly higher, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Natural radioactive high background radiation (referred to as high background radiation) can enhance the population’s antioxidant capacity.
