目的鼻内镜手术治疗真菌性上颌窦炎。方法对67例非侵袭性真菌性上颌窦炎患者,行鼻内镜下,中下鼻道联合开窗或联合进行鼻内镜辅助下(柯-陆氏)上颌窦根治术。结果67例患者均I期愈合,无复发。结论非侵袭型真菌性上颌窦炎应在围手术期治疗后,及时行(鼻内镜)手术治疗。
Objective Nasal endoscopic surgery for fungal maxillary sinusitis. Methods 67 patients with noninvasive fungal maxillary sinusitis under endoscopic sinus surgery combined with fenestration or combined endoscopic sinus surgery (Ke - Lu) maxillary sinus surgery. Results All the 67 patients healed in the first phase without recurrence. Conclusion Noninvasive fungal maxillary sinusitis should be treated by endoscopic surgery after perioperative period.
