21世纪需要创新人才,而人才的培养需要由创造教育来实现。笔者通过阅读大量的文献资料,在总结自己的教改经验和吸取目前国内的先进教学理论的基础上,就体育“创造性教学”模式进行了探讨,设计了由“创设”、“探讨”、“解决”、“探新”、“评价”五个环节构成的教学模式,提出全面提高体育教师的自身素质,优化组合教学方法和手段,明确教学评价标准,处理好教师的主导作用与学生的主体作用关系,合理分析教材的知识结构等5点实施体育“创造性教学”模式的教学策略。
