黑芸豆是高级营养型芸豆品种,蛋白含量20%～30%,含有较高的植物血细胞凝集素(PHA)、黑色素、维生素、多种人体需要的矿物质。尤其是PHA有凝集人体细胞、滋补、解热、利尿、消肿等作用,有明显的抗衰老、防病等保健作用。极有推广价值,近两年已畅销美国、墨西哥等国家。 1994年我所将该品种引入我省北部地区第三积温带的克山、讷河、拜泉、依安等地进行示范试验。结果表明,在本地区种植,产量可达250公斤。最低产量130公斤一般亩产200公斤左右,取得了显著的经济效益和社
