人性假设是指管理者在管理过程中对人的本质属性的基本看法。人性假设,是管理思想、管理观念的认识基础,直接决定着管理者的领导方式。“人”这个要素在管理中越来越受到重视。对组织中的“人”采取一定的管理措施和方法,离不开对人的认识。随着管理实践的发展,人们对管理中人性的认识也在不断深化,先后经历了“经济人”假设、“社会人”假设、“自我实现人”假设和“复杂人”假设等阶段。基于不同的人性假设理论,管理进程中形成了种种不同的管理方法。
Hypothesis of human nature refers to the manager’s basic view on the essential attribute of human being in the management process.
