目的:讨探老年人急性下壁心肌梗死产生低血压的具体原因。方法:近3年收治急性心肌梗死下壁梗死导致低血压患者34例,回顾分析临床资料。结果:患者致病因素有右室梗死、药物影响、严重的心律失常等,心源性休克并不是主要的。治疗后好转25例,9例死亡,其中死于急性心力衰竭6例(66.7%)。结论:老年人急性下壁心肌梗死低血压的心源性因素包括诸多方面,病情凶险,应根据检查正确诊别,采取有针对性的救治措施。
Objective: To investigate the specific causes of hypotension caused by acute inferior myocardial infarction in the elderly. Methods: In the past 3 years, 34 cases of patients with hypotension were treated with inferior myocardial infarction in acute myocardial infarction. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The risk factors of patients with right ventricular infarction, drug effects, severe arrhythmia, cardiogenic shock is not the main. After treatment, 25 cases improved, 9 died, of which 6 died of acute heart failure (66.7%). CONCLUSION: The cardiogenic factors of hypotension of acute inferior myocardial infarction in the elderly include many aspects, dangerous condition, should be correctly diagnosed according to the examination and take targeted treatment measures.
