目的:探讨中药补髓健脑方对PD小鼠脑内递质代谢的影响。方法:选用纯系C57BL老龄鼠60只,随机分为假手术组、模型组、中药组和美多巴组。采用腹腔注射MPTP法制备帕金森病动物模型,采用中药补髓健脑方进行灌胃治疗。观察小鼠行为学的变化。治疗前后检测小鼠脑内一氧化氮(NO)、神经型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)、黑质内还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)等含量的影响。结果:中药补髓健脑方能减少小鼠脑内NO及nNOS的含量(P<0.01),增加小鼠黑质内GSH含量,增强GSH-PX活性(P<0.01)。结论:中药补髓健脑方可调节PD小鼠脑内神经递质代谢,修复小鼠黑质多巴胺能神经元的损伤。
Objective: To investigate the effect of BuSu Jiannao Prescription on neurotransmitter metabolism in brain of PD mice. Methods: Sixty pure aged C57BL mice were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, TCM group and metopar group. The animal model of Parkinson’s disease was prepared by intraperitoneal injection of MPTP. Observed changes in mouse behavior. The levels of nitric oxide (NO), neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS), reduced glutathione (GSH) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) ) And other content effects. Results: The formula of Naojianjiannao could decrease the content of NO and nNOS in brain of mice (P <0.01), increase the content of GSH in substantia nigra of mice and increase the activity of GSH-PX (P <0.01). Conclusion: Chinese herbal medicine Jianpi Jiannao can regulate neurotransmitter metabolism in the brain of PD mice and repair the damage of dopaminergic neurons in substantia nigra of mice.
