嚼肌间隙感染在口腔颌面外科感染性疾病中较为常见。由于感染位置深,特别是形成脓肿后,表面有肥大的嚼肌覆盖。往往造成误诊及引起并发症,如下颌升枝边缘性骨髓炎等,我科1995年7月～1997年10月共收治32例,现报告如下。 1 一般资料 1.1 本组病例男24例,女8例,其中20岁以上11例,18～20岁17例,10岁以下4例。 感染位置,嚼肌下份19例,前份4例,嚼肌上份4例,全嚼肌下颌间感染5例。其中伴有其它间隙感染5例。
