目的探讨单孔法全胸腔镜肺下叶切除及淋巴结清扫术的可行性及临床价值。方法采用单孔胸腔镜肺下叶切除及淋巴结清扫术10例,对手术时间、术中出血量、淋巴结清扫数、胸腔闭式引流时间及术后并发症进行评估。结果10例患者手术过程顺利。平均手术时间(135.50±45.12)min;术中出血(107±52.50)ml;清扫淋巴结(15.40±3.27)枚;胸腔引流管拔出时间(3.9±1.6)d。10例患者术后恢复顺利,仅1例出现左下肺不张,经治疗后患者痊愈。结论单孔胸腔镜肺下叶切除及淋巴结清扫术是安全可行的。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical value of single-hole thoracoscopic lung resection and lymph node dissection. Methods One-hole thoracoscopic lobectomy and lymph node dissection were performed in 10 cases. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, number of lymph node dissection, closed thoracic drainage time and postoperative complications were evaluated. Results 10 patients underwent a successful operation. The average operation time was (135.50 ± 45.12) min. The intraoperative bleeding was (107 ± 52.50) ml. The lymph nodes were dissected (15.40 ± 3.27). The drainage time of chest drainage tube was (3.9 ± 1.6) d. Ten patients recovered well after operation, only one case showed left lower atelectasis and recovered after treatment. Conclusion Single-hole thoracoscopic lung resection and lymph node dissection is safe and feasible.
