“以人为本”的理念被应用于各个行业的管理中,同时在教育中,也应该体现“以人为本”。也就是在教学课堂上,应该以学生为教学重心,让学生成为课堂的主体,参与到教学环节中,而不是被动地接受教学内容。所以,从小学开始,就要培养学生主动参与数学教学环节的意识和能力。教师要改变现有的教学重点和方向,改变现有的教学模式。

That is, in the teaching classroom, students should be the center of gravity of teaching so that students become the main body of the classroom and participate in the teaching process instead of accepting the teaching content passively.
