目的:探讨创新模式实践教学体系的效果与评价。方法:自2012年对高职护理学生实施新的护理实践教学体系,考核实践能力,评价新模式下实践教学效果。结果:在创新模式下,护生的实践操作能力和综合职业能力均有了显著提升。结论:我院护理专业实践教学体系已初步形成,但也存在一些问题。
Objective: To discuss the effect and evaluation of innovative teaching practice system. Methods: Since 2012, a new nursing practice teaching system has been implemented for higher vocational nursing students, the ability of examination and practice has been evaluated, and the effectiveness of practical teaching under the new mode has been evaluated. Results: Under the innovative mode, the practical ability and overall professional ability of nursing students have been significantly improved. Conclusion: The practice teaching system of nursing specialty in our hospital has been initially formed, but there are also some problems.
