PADAT类染料是光度法测定Co、Pd的高灵敏显色剂。对于5-[(3’,5’-二溴-2’-吡定)-偶氮]-2,4-二氨基甲苯(简称3,5-diBr-PADAT)与Co、Pd的显色反应曾有人研究过,但钯对钴的测定干扰非常严重。本文利用Co、Pd显色条件的不同,采用差减法消除测钴时钯的干扰,研究了Co、Pd同时测定的各种实验条件。在本文拟定的条件下,钴和钯与试剂都形成蓝色配合物,选择591 nm作为测定波长,表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(Co)=1.35×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),ε_(Pd)=
PADAT dye is a photometric determination of Co, Pd highly sensitive reagent. The color reaction of 5 - [(3 ’, 5’-dibromo-2’-pyridin) -azo] -2,4-diaminotoluene (referred to as 3,5-diBr-PADAT) It has been studied, but the determination of palladium on the interference of cobalt is very serious. In this paper, by using the difference of chromogenic conditions of Co and Pd, the interference of cobalt during cobalt measurement was eliminated by the subtractive subtraction method. Various experimental conditions for the simultaneous determination of Co and Pd were studied.
