为了弄清楚小学生的作业要家长签字的情况,我们到一所具有31个班级的城市小学进行典型调查。该校小学生的作业要家长签字比较普遍,而教育行政部门和学校领导没有这方面的要求和规定,可谓“不令而行”。我们采用民意测验的方法了解家长的反映。在全校随机抽取低、中、高年级各一个班级,每班50名学生为一个调查组。在答卷上列出“欢迎,不欢迎,无所谓,没有必要”四种意向和“家长意见”两大部分。要求家长任选一种肯定的意向,并写出具体意
In order to clarify the circumstances under which the pupils’ homework was signed by the parents, we went to a typical elementary school with 31 classes. The schoolchildren’s homework is more commonly signed by parents, and the education administration department and school leaders do not have the requirements and regulations in this regard. It can be described as “doing nothing”. We use public opinion polls to learn about parents’ reactions. A class of low, middle and high grades was randomly selected across the university. Each class of 50 students was a survey group. Listed in the answer sheet are “welcome, unwelcome, indifferent, unnecessary”, four major intentions and “parental opinion”.
