观察了高温、噪声及两者复合对大鼠血浆和心房组织中心钠素(ANF)与内源性类洋地黄物质(EDLS)含量的影响。结果发现,高温可使血浆ANF含量明显降低(P<0.01)、心房组织中ANF水平明显减少(P<0.01)。噪声及合并高温也可使心房组织中ANF含量明显下降(P<0.01),但高温、噪声及两者复合对血浆EDLS影响不明显,仅高温及合并噪声暴露后心房组织中的EDLS含量明显增高(P<0.01)。这些变化对心脏血流量、周围血管阻力和内环境稳态可能会产生一定影响,使机体耐力下降。
The effects of high temperature, noise and their combination on the levels of ANF and EDLS in plasma and atrial tissue of rats were observed. The results showed that high temperature can significantly reduce plasma ANF levels (P <0.01), atrial tissue ANF levels were significantly reduced (P <0.01). Noise and combined hyperthermia also significantly decreased the content of ANF in atrial tissue (P <0.01), but the combination of high temperature, noise and the two had no significant effect on plasma EDLS. Only the EDLS content in atrial tissue after high temperature and combined noise exposure Was significantly higher (P <0.01). These changes on the heart blood flow, peripheral vascular resistance and homeostasis may have some impact, so that the body endurance decreased.
