“水库式经营”是60年代日本经营大亨松下幸之助提出的企业经营思想,其内容是在经营的各个方面都备有“水库”,如“设备水库”、“资金水库”、“人才水库”、“技术水库”等等,以对付外部环境的变化。这一经营思想的核心是“留有余地,量力而行”。松下幸之助从30年代起,就致力于实践自己的经营思想,结果,他经营的电器集团,在坚实的基础上不断发展壮大,面对激烈竞争的国际市场,能够立于不败之地,这的确令世人敬佩!
