人力资源管理活动在高职院的发展中起着举足轻重的作用。高职院人力资源管理水平直接影响到人才培养的质量。为了满足高职教育的发展要求,保证高职教育的质量,高职院校的人力资源管理活动水平必须提高。许多高职院在人力资源管理的各个环节上往往都不同程度地存在一些问题,这些问题严重地阻碍了高职院的进步和发展。本文在对高职院人力资源管理中存在问题进行分析的基础上,有针对性地提出了解决问题的对策。
Human resource management activities play an important role in the development of higher vocational colleges. The level of human resource management in higher vocational colleges has a direct impact on the quality of personnel training. In order to meet the developmental requirements of higher vocational education and ensure the quality of higher vocational education, the level of human resource management activities in higher vocational colleges must be raised. In many aspects of human resource management, many higher vocational colleges tend to have some problems to varying degrees, which seriously hindered the progress and development of higher vocational colleges. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in human resource management in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems.
