居住沿海岛屿,吃鱼机会较多,我们初到海岛时,由于经验不足,买了一条50多斤重的沙鱼,有六个同志吃了鱼肝而引起轻重不同的中毒症状。以后其他友邻伙食单位也有同样现象发生。其中毒症状多于吃后6～8小时出现。主要为:1.轻症:表现为头痛、头晕眼花、眼结合膜充血及腹部不适等,持续约2～3天刚出现假性维生素A缺乏症状,如皮肤干燥、脱屑及唇裂等。2.重症:主要表现为剧烈头痛,眩晕、顱内压增加、颜面潮红,结合膜严重充血,甚至出血,
