文章基于对工业设计与创意产业基本内涵与外延、发展与效益等相互关系的再思考,论述创意产业与设计发展的互生关系,设计的综合价值体系与服务意义,以及国内外创意产业与工业设计的发展前景。从而得出结论,在经济转型发展中,尤其在创意经济或创意产业领域,工业设计起到了独特的作用,甚至是引领作用或关键抓手。重视工业设计的国家,使其对国家经济与社会发展的总体推动效果远大于其对创意经济或创意产业的贡献程度。基于创意服务产业下的工业设计在服务国家长远战略、优化区域经济发展、提升人民生活质量等民族复兴和中国梦征程中将会体现出不可替代的巨大价值和深远意义。
Based on the reconsideration of the basic connotation, extension, development and benefit of industrial design and creative industries, this article discusses the mutual relationship between creative industries and design development, the integrated value system and service meaning of design, as well as the domestic and international creative industries and industrial designs The development prospects. It concludes that industrial design plays a unique role, even a leading role or key enabler, in the economic transformation and development, especially in the creative economy or creative industries. Countries that value industrial design make their overall promotion of national economic and social development more effective than their contribution to the creative economy or creative industries.
