我国的教育时下进入了新课程改革的阶段,新课程改革强调课程要促进每个学生的全面发展;课程改革的成败关键在于教师,教师是课程改革的实施者,教师的自我反思是“教学创新”的动力。本文立足于建构主义、人本主义及元认知等理论基础之上,对英语教学中的反思进行深入探析,并介绍几种常用的课堂调查方式,分析各种调查方式的特点和操作方法。笔者得出结论:教学反思不仅是教学设计的重要环节,也是英语教师专业自我发展的有效途径。
The education of our country has nowadays entered the stage of new curriculum reform. The new curriculum reform emphasizes that the curriculum should promote the all-round development of every student. The key to the success or failure of curriculum reform lies in that teachers and teachers are the implementers of curriculum reform. Teachers’ self- Innovation "power. Based on the theories of constructivism, humanism and metacognition, this essay probes into the introspection in English teaching and introduces several commonly used methods of classroom investigation, analyzing the characteristics and operating methods of various surveys. The author concludes that teaching reflection is not only an important part of teaching design, but also an effective way to develop English majors’ self-development.
