伴随着社会和经济的飞速发展,我国社会制度的改革正向深层次不断推进,市场经济体制逐步完善,民营企业的数量和质量都在不断增长,我国国有企业面临更加激烈的市场竞争。在这种形式下,如何突破当前现状进一步提升国有企业的经济效益是国有企业管理人员必须要进行考虑的,而通过创新企业管理模式增强管理水平是提升企业效益最根本也是最有效的手段。本文阐述了企业创新管理的意义,并就国有企业如何进行管理创新提出了几点看法,希望能够对提升国有企业经济社会效益起到一定的借鉴作用。
Along with the rapid social and economic development, the reform of our social system is being advanced at a deeper level and the market economy system is gradually being perfected. The quantity and quality of private-owned enterprises are constantly increasing. Our state-owned enterprises are facing more fierce market competition. Under this form, how to break through the current status quo and further enhance the economic benefits of state-owned enterprises must be considered by the managers of state-owned enterprises. To enhance the management level by innovating the enterprise management model is the most fundamental and most effective way to enhance the efficiency of enterprises. This article elaborates the significance of enterprise innovation management and puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out management innovation in state-owned enterprises. It hopes to make some reference to enhance the economic and social benefits of state-owned enterprises.
