Analysis of 82 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) patients with electroencephalogram (EEG) seen and the clinical relationship. The abnormal EEG rate of SAH is 83%. There are mainly three forms of abnormal EEG: mainly the general change (66%); extensive abnormality with focal slow wave; focal change. EEG, severe abnormalities to the majority of patients after 24h ~ 10 days (89%). There was no significant correlation between EEG abnormalities and hypertension and lumbar puncture pressure (P> 0.05), but was significantly associated with disturbance of consciousness and prognosis (P <0.05), which suggested that EEG could be used as an indicator of prognosis . In addition, the abnormal EEG limit and CT lesions and cerebral angiography also have a certain relationship.
