当前,我国已跻身为仅次于美国的世界第二大研发支出国,R&D(研发)经费投入强度达到历史最高水平2.07%,接近欧盟15国平均水平(2.08%)。从规模来看,我国已逐步成为具有世界影响力的创新资源投入大国,科技创新投入的累积效应将逐步显现。
At present, China ranks among the second largest R & D expenditures in the world after the United States. R & D expenditure has reached the historical high of 2.07%, which is close to the EU-15 average of 2.08%. From the perspective of scale, our country has gradually become a large country with innovative resources with world influence, and the cumulative effect of investment in science and technology will gradually emerge.
