2月27日下午,全市宣传文化暨精神文明建设工作会议召开。市委常委、宣传部长马鲜萍出席会议并讲话,副市长丁琳主持会议。会议总结通报了2016年工作,对今年全市宣传思想文化工作重点任务进行了安排部署。会议指出,今年全市宣传思想文化工作要以迎接、宣传、贯彻党的十九大为主线,实施文化产业、媒体融合两大突破,强力推进理论武装、舆论引导、精神文明建设、文化发展、队伍建设五大重点,为矢志追赶超越、建设最具幸福感城市提供有力的思想舆论保证和良好的精神文化条件。
