社会主义新农村经济、政治、文化、社会建设和党的建设协调推进的新农村,是富裕、民主、文明和谐的新农村。建设社会主义新农村,在抓好经济建设的同时,也需要搞好文化建设。文化是国家之心,民族之魂。党的十七大对兴起社会主义文化建设新高潮推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣做了全面部署,特别强调提高国家文化软实力的极端重要性,虽然农村文化建设取得一些成就,但仍然存在发展的制约因素,我们要积极探索推动农村文化建设的有效措施,加快社会主义新农村建设的步伐。
