随着社会的发展,自媒体超越传统媒体成为现今社会生活必不可少的一部分,对未成年人造成了巨大的影响,带来高效便捷的生活的同时,也带来了新的犯罪类型即利用自媒体侵犯他人权益,未成年人更是遭受侵害的主体之一。而我国对未成年人的保护虽是有法可依,但在自媒体领域对于未成年人保护的相关法律法规却相对零散,没有形成完整体系,并且学术研究稀缺。在自媒体背景下,我们应该加强教育引导,明确媒体平台的责任规制,同时填补立法空白,并加之技术条件的辅助,多举措并举,从而构建预防未成年人犯罪与保护未成年人免受侵害的完整体系。
