在对印度RELIANCE电厂输煤系统中的固定式破碎站进行研究的过程中,发现破碎机结构有两种破坏形式,一种是强度破坏,另一种是疲劳破坏。针对以上两种破坏形式,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对固定式破碎站的钢结构进行静力分析、模态分析以及结构优化。同时,将分析结果应用于项目实践中,改变了结构的固有频率,使得固定式破碎站能够长期稳定运行,可为日后研究结构的动载问题提供有效的参考。
During the study on the stationary crushing plant in the coal handling system of RELIANCE power plant in India, it was found that there are two types of crusher structure damage, one is intensity failure and the other is fatigue failure. Aiming at the above two kinds of damage forms, the static analysis, modal analysis and structural optimization of the steel structure of the stationary crushing plant are carried out by using ANSYS finite element analysis software. At the same time, the analysis results are applied to the project practice, which changes the natural frequency of the structure and makes the stationary crushing plant run stably for a long time, which can provide an effective reference for the dynamic loading of the research structure in the future.
