检察机关司法警察是人民警察的警种之一,有着很强的司法性、武装性和行政性,其工作性质不同于公安警察,也不同于其他检察干警。司法警察是检察机关唯一的武装力量,担负着维护检察工作秩序;预防、制止妨碍检察活动的违法犯罪行为;保障检察工作顺利进行;保护检察干警人身安全的重要责任。特殊的工作性质与任务,决定其所承受的心理压力比一般检察干警更大、更突出。笔者就检察机关司法警察的心理状况,尤其是心理压力方面提出几点思考。
Procuratorial organs Judicial police are one of the police policing types of the People’s Police. They have very strong judicial, armed and administrative qualifications. Their work is different from public security police and other prosecutors and police officers. Judicial police are the sole armed forces of procuratorial organs and are responsible for maintaining the order of procuratorial work; preventing and deterring illegal and criminal acts that impede procuratorial activities; safeguarding the smooth progress of procuratorial work; and protecting the important responsibility of prosecutors and police officers for personal safety. Special work nature and tasks, decided to bear the psychological pressure than the general procuratorial police bigger and more prominent. The author of the prosecutorial police on the psychological status of the police, especially psychological pressure put forward some thinking.
