本文提出了一种数字式电力系统稳定器(DPSS)及其设计方法。利用参数辩识思想对单机无穷大电力系统进行离线辩识来获得其数学模型,在辩识模型的基础上按广义最小方差控制原理设计控制系统。通过信息的组合反馈,本控制系统具有自动电压调节及抑制低频振荡的双重功能。为避免出现静态偏差,采用离散广义最小方差控制与连续积分控制相结合的方式,收到良好效果。本控制系统结构简单,实现方便,不失为一种保证电力系统稳定及运行质量的有效措施。
This paper presents a Digital Power System Stabilizer (DPSS) and its design method. Based on the identification model, the control system is designed according to the generalized minimum variance control principle. Through the combination of feedback information, the control system with automatic voltage regulation and dual low-frequency oscillation suppression function. In order to avoid static deviation, the method of combining discrete generalized minimum variance control and continuous integral control is adopted, and good results are obtained. The control system has the advantages of simple structure and convenient realization, which is an effective measure to ensure the stability and operation quality of power system.
