Competing in the game, since the industry giants Netscape and Microsoft opened the door to developing the best Web browser, we have only had a glimpse of the game. In the latest round of the match, both companies are introducing better-than-their-current versions of their most popular and powerful browsers: Netscape’s Navigator 3.0 and Microsoft’s Internet Explorer 3.0. From the promotional materials point of view, these two products are very similar. They support a large number of the same new Internet technologies, controls and plug-ins. However, after careful study, you will find that there are many differences between the two. While Microsoft’s tireless efforts will pose a serious threat to Netscape in the future, Netscape’s products are by far the best browser available, though the benefits are less obvious.
