青年小群体对于其自身成员的作用,容易被人承认,没有较大争议。但是,关于社会主义时期青年小群体的社会的作用,则有种种不同的看法。据笔者了解,有两种观点较为突出。第一种认为,只有在资本主义国家,正式组织和青年个人利益之间,存在着尖锐的矛盾,才重视小群体的调节作用。而社会主义国家党政工青妇各级组织的目标与青年个人利益在根本上是一致的,不需要小群体的调节。青年小群体对社会主义发展没有明显的作用,因而就不具备存在的价值。第二种意见认为,纵观资本主义社会发展历
The role of small groups of young people for their own members is easily recognized and not controversial. However, there are different opinions on the role of society as a small group of youth in the socialist period. According to the author, there are two kinds of views that stand out. The first holds that only when there is a sharp contradiction between the interests of the capitalist countries, the formal organizations and the youth, does it attach importance to the regulatory role of small groups. The goals of the organizations at all levels of the party, government, government, and youth in the socialist countries are fundamentally the same as those of the youth and do not require the regulation of small groups. Small groups of young people have no obvious effect on the development of socialism and therefore do not have the value of existence.
