目的优选活血汤的最佳提取工艺。方法采用出膏率及总黄酮的含量为评价指标,以正交试验法L9(34)优选提取工艺参数。结果乙醇浓度为主要影响因素,其余均为次要因素。确定最佳工艺为:加70%乙醇8倍量,提取2次,每次1.5 h。结论在所选因素水平范围内,乙醇浓度对本方法提取效果影响最大,所选条件提取工艺稳定、可行。
Objective Optimization of the best extraction of blood soup. Methods The rate of ointment and the content of total flavonoids were used as evaluation indexes. The optimum extraction parameters were obtained by orthogonal test L9 (34). The results of ethanol concentration as the main influencing factors, the rest are secondary factors. Determine the best process: add 70% ethanol 8 times the amount of extraction 2 times, each 1.5 h. Conclusion In the range of the selected factors, ethanol concentration has the greatest effect on the extraction efficiency of the method, and the extraction process of the selected conditions is stable and feasible.
