现在仍清晰记得大学学校门口高高悬挂着“教师是人类灵魂的工程师”。当时只觉得这句话在对老师的工作进行宣传和升华而已。从教10多年来对教师这个职业渐渐有了新的认识——用笔耕耘、用语言播种、用汗水浇灌、用心血滋润。这就是教师的劳动!从对教师的漠视到执着的认识,从无意中走到教师岗位到对教育的痴情无悔,凭的是对教师这一工作的深刻认识。当前,我们的思想政治课并不太受学生欢迎,教学实效性较差,这一方面与我们社会环境的变化有关,更与思想政治教学的僵化呆板有关。这就需要我们更新教育观念,不断探索适合当前高中学生是身心特点的教学方式,来激发学生的学习热情,提升教学的实效,真正让思想政治课深入人心,
