以CCl_4诱发大鼠肝脏脂质过氧化为自由基损伤模型,观察枸杞多糖(lycium barbarumpclysaccharido,LBP)不同剂量(25mg/100gBW·d-1;50mg/100gBw·d-1)对鼠肝的保护作用。结果低剂量组能明显降低肝中丙二醛(MDA)及甘油三脂(TG)(P<0.01,P<0.05);两剂量组均能明显升高肝中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P<0.001)。提示LBP对鼠肝自由基损伤有保护作用。高剂量组对MDA及TG降低作用不明显,LBP减轻脂质过氧化作用可能存在最佳剂量范围。
The model of rat liver lipid peroxidation induced by CCl_4 was used to observe the protective effects of different doses of lycium barbarum (clavulae) (LBP) (25mg/100gBW·d-1; 50mg/100gBw·d-1) on rat liver. . Results Low-dose group can significantly reduce malondialdehyde (MDA) and triglyceride (TG) in the liver (P<0.01, P<0.05); Both dose groups can significantly increase superoxide dismutase in liver. (SOD) activity (P<0.001). It is suggested that LBP has protective effects on rat liver free radical damage. The lower doses of MDA and TG were not significantly decreased in the high-dose group, and the optimal dose range for LBP to reduce lipid peroxidation was possible.
