我国已经进入大数据时代,人才逐步成为继资本之后最具价值的资源。目前大数据、云技术和新媒体冲击着我国的市场,在这样的时代背景下,加强对企业知识型员工的培训显得尤为重要,建立一套完善的员工培训模式,使具有专业知识的员工持续稳定的为企业贡献价值,激发其潜在的创新能力,是一个企业保持竞争力的关键。文章主要分析了大数据时代背景下企业知识型员工的特点及应具备的能力,总结出当今企业知识型员工培训环节存在的问题,并提出了在大数据背景下如何转变知识型员工的培训方式。
