目的:分析不同运动间歇时间对2型糖尿病大鼠股四头肌GLUT4含量的影响。方法:选择60只健康大鼠,随机选择10只大鼠作为正常对照组(C组),其余为实验组,制成2型糖尿病模型。将44只糖尿病大鼠分为糖尿病对照组(T组)、运动间隔24h组(T1组)、运动间歇48h组(T2组)、运动间歇72h组(T3组)。实验时,各组实验大鼠进行60min的一次性中等强度的运动,分别在各组大鼠休息24h、48h和72h后,取大鼠骨骼四头肌测定GLUT4的含量。结果:一次性中等强度的运动之后,经过不同时间长度的休息后,2型糖尿病各运动组(T1组、T2组、T3组)的大鼠股四头肌内GLUT4的量均出现明显的增加。其中,以T2组的效果最明显。结论:一次性中等强度的运动后,休息48h组的糖尿病大鼠股四头肌内GLUT4含量的升高最明显。
Objective: To analyze the effects of different exercise intervals on GLUT4 content in quadriceps in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods: Sixty healthy rats were randomly divided into control group (C group) and control group (10 rats). The rest were experimental group, which were made into type 2 diabetes model. Forty - four diabetic rats were divided into diabetic control group (T group), exercise group 24 h (group T1), exercise group 48 h (group T2) and exercise group 72 h (group T3). During the experiment, rats in each group were given a one-time, moderate-intensity exercise for 60 minutes. GLUT4 levels in rat skeletal quadriceps muscles were measured at rest 24h, 48h and 72h respectively. RESULTS: After a one-time moderate-intensity exercise, the amounts of GLUT4 in the quadriceps of rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T1, T2, T3) were significantly increased after resting for different lengths of time . Among them, the most obvious effect of T2 group. CONCLUSION: After a one-time exercise of moderate intensity, the increase of GLUT4 content in the quadriceps muscle of the diabetic rat at 48h after rest was the most obvious.
