博士,研究员,九三学社社员,现在国土资源信息中心矿产室工作。1983年7月本科毕业于河北地质学院(现河北地质大学)经管系;2004年6月在中国地质大学(北京)博士毕业,获博士学位。1985年12月以来,一直从事国土资源经济研究。负责及参加科研课题60余项,作为主要负责人承担省部级社科研究项目10项,发表论文近百篇,其中在核心期刊发表论文10篇。撰写出版《矿业权管理与矿业开发政策研究》《矿产资源合理配置体制与政策》2本专著;还参加编写专
