经过对奖励体系的认识和研究,发现奖励体系对学生的进步有很大促进作用。通过巧妙设置奖励体系,借用周围可用的元素完善奖励体系,让我们的班级管理变得充满趣味,从而使得班级管理更加有效。
After the recognition and research of the reward system, it was found that the reward system greatly promoted the progress of the students.
