本文以一年贮藏油松种子为实验材料,通过高锰酸钾和ABT3号生根粉两种不同处理方法进行试验,试验结果表明,ABT3号生根粉处理的种子发芽率为99%、幼苗移植成活率为99%、育苗木成活率达99%,较高锰酸钾处理的种子6个、4个和7个百分点,说明处理油松种子时,ABT3号生根粉优于高锰酸钾。
In this paper, one year storage of Chinese pine seeds for the experimental materials, by two different treatments of potassium permanganate and ABT3 rooting powder test results showed that ABT3 rooting powder seed germination rate of 99%, seedling transplantation survival The rate of survival was 99%, seedling survival rate was 99%, potassium permanganate-treated seeds were 6, 4 and 7 percentage points, indicating that ABT3 rooting powder was better than potassium permanganate when dealing with Chinese pine seeds.
