我院用自制注射针经内镜注射5%鱼肝油酸钠治疗食道静脉出血21例,均止血成功。现报道如下。男20例,女1例;年龄21～58岁。曾行脾切除和胃底静脉结扎术4例。急症注射17例,择期性注射2例,先急症注射止血然后再择期性注射2例。其中注射一次17例,注射二次2例,注射三次2例。注射针制法:用4(1/2)号小儿头皮针剪成长约4～5mm,把针尖磨成斜坡形,再将头皮针细塑料管更换成约170cm长。在内镜检查发现食道静脉破裂出血部位时或未出
Our hospital with homemade injection of endoscopic injection of 5% sodium morrhuate treatment of esophageal venous hemorrhage in 21 cases were successful hemostasis. Report as follows now. 20 males and 1 females; aged 21 to 58 years. Had splenectomy and gastric venous ligation in 4 cases. 17 cases of acute injection, elective injection in 2 cases, the first emergency injection of hemostasis and then elective injection in 2 cases. Among them, 17 cases were injected once, 2 cases were injected twice and 2 cases were injected three times. Needle injection method: with 4 (1/2) pediatric scalp needles cut into about 4 ~ 5mm, the tip ground into a ramp-shaped, then the scalp needle thin plastic tube replaced about 170cm long.
